New Zealand

Our product range is available exclusively from IMO in New Zealand. We pride ourselves on our ability to supply quality, locally made product. All our furniture is designed in house and manufacturing outsourced to local suppliers. Product is assembled and distributed from our Auckland warehouse. This gives us the ability to iterate our designs, control the quality and work to shorter lead times.

We have a Showroom in Parnell, Auckland. If you can't make it to our Showroom, information can be provided by Zoom, email or phone.

Australia

The KaseĀ® Storage System is made on license in Australia by Schiavello. They are the exclusive distributor of Kase in Australia, Singapore & United Arab Emirates.

Schiavello Furniture

We sell our A2 and Baker Stools direct to Australian customers. Payment is required in full prior to dispatch - this can be made by International Money Transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Tracking details are then provided once the goods have been dispatched. The ETA ex Auckland to the main cities is about 5 working days. GST and customs charges will need to be paid on arrival into Australia - see www.dutycalculator.com for further details.

Lead Time

Our Abc Accessories, A2 and Baker stools have a 4 week lead time. However please contact us for stock availability as we can often send small orders sooner.

For all other Made To Order products such as upholstery, desking and tables - our lead time is 9 weeks. Further details can be found on the product pages.

Our KXN Kitchen lead time is approximately 14 weeks. Please refer to our KXN product page for further details about how the design process works.

Once an order is placed we determine the exact delivery date based on current and anticipated factory capacity. An Order Confirmation is sent which provides all the details you need to know about your order and how it will be shipped.

Payment Terms & Deposits

We require a 50% Deposit to proceed with your order, with the balance due upon shipment of goods. Alternative payment terms are available if you have a credit arrangement in place with us.

Terms & Conditions Of Sale We accept payment by Direct Credit, Debit Card, MasterCard or Visa, card processing payment charges will apply.

Card payments are processed using the Stripe online payment portal - a link will be provided on your invoice. Card processing charges will be advised at time of payment.

Shipping & Installation

We ship from Auckland to any location in New Zealand via Courier or Daily Freight and offer an installation service in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

KXN is installed by our own specialist Installation team across the country, a cost estimate is provided at time of Quote.

We also ship our products worldwide, please enquire for rates.

Material Samples

Samples of materials such as powder coat finishes, timber and laminate are available if you live outside of Auckland or cannot visit our showroom.
